Janata Bank employees urged to provide better customer services BUSINESS REPORT A workshop on 'Relationship Management and Business Development' of Janata Bank Limited was held at Diploma Engineers' auditorium at Kakrail in the city on July 1. Chairman of the Board of Directors of Janata Bank Limited Suhel Ahmed Choudhury inaugurated the session as the chief guest, while CEO and Managing Director SM Aminur Rahman was present as special guest. The Chairman instructed all to maintain harmonious relationship with officers/employees and customers providing better customer services. The CEO advised all to meet the customers' demands by effective shared communication rendering market based qualitative service on the occasion. Deputy Managing Director, General Managers, Consultants, Dhaka Area Branch Managers, Second Officers and Cashiers participated in the workshop. Nazrul Islam, General Manager, HRD conducted the workshop.
