A Tk. 10 crore 66 lakh 71 thousand budget of Narail District Board for 2008-09 fiscal was announced on Monday last.

Swapan Kumar Roy, Chief Executive Officer of District Board, Narail announced the budget at his office room. In the proposed budget revenue income of 4 crore 2 lakh Tk. government grant Tk. 5 crore 1 lakh 50 thousand have been shown. Journalists of different press and electronic media, elite of the town and different officials concerned were present at the budget session.
