With the introduction of CNG driven vehicles on the streets of Dhaka, air pollution by black fumes has been reduced significantly. But very unfortunately electricity generators mostly run by diesel used lavishly in various high-rise buildings, shops, and super-markets are again polluting Dhaka's air through releasing black smokes!

Would the authorities concerned please take urgent measures to ensuring steady supply of electricity?

The Historic Garbage Container!

Now that so many days has passed, everyone has forgotten when the garbage container came to live happily at the entry point of College gate on the Mirpur road! No body knows when this historic garbage container would leave college gate or would it ever be removed?

British Monarchy

According to a Reuter's dispatch from London, the British government is under pressure for the increasing amount of money being spent every year to maintaining the British Royal Family. Some corners have even suggested to fix an honorarium for the Queen!Well, I think that the British Monarch is a symbol of Britain's integrity and traditional inheritance. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is not only the 'Queen & Head of the State' of the United Kingdom but Canada, Australia, and New Zealand as well. She is also the Head of the Commonwealth, The Queen and other members of the Royal Family are not only effectively contributing towards the prosperity of Great Britain but also offering philanthropic services for the well being of people world over. So, in my opinion, the British Government should bear the expenditure for keeping the British Monarchy safe and sound.
