Police recovered body of a missing man after six days from a jungle in village Paulgarh under Pirganj upazila here on Saturday, police sources said. The sources said Majibar Rahman, 35, son of late Khudu Mahmud of village Salti in the upazila had been missing since last Sunday midnights after a meeting at Salti Bazaar in the same area.

Police suspects that Majibar was killed by some miscreants and left the body in the jungle.

After conducting autopsy at Rangpur Medical College Hospital, police handed over the body to his relatives on Sunday.
