Students asked to take proper knowledge to flourish talents

Speakers here in a stipend distribution ceremony on Friday said that the students should acquire proper knowledge to flourishing their talents and becoming worthy citizens of the soil to lead the nation in future.

They said this at the stipend distribution ceremony organised by Rangpur unit of The Optists Bangladesh (TOB) under its Child Sponsorship Programme at Rangpur Scouts Bhaban auditorium.

Director of Rangpur unit of the TOB M Nurul Islam chaired the occasion where stipends and education inputs were distributed among 30 school level talented students.

Former Regional Director of Thakurgaon Betar Kendra Monwara Begum, Scouts Commissioner Rafique Hasnine, Agriculturist Nazrul Islam Bosunia, guardian Abul Quasem, Advocate Abu Bakkar, teacher Mahfuzar Rahman, addressed, among others.

A total of 28 school level students were given Taka 2,000 each and two other students were given Taka 2,500 each as stipends and all of them were given educational inputs on the occasion for encouraging them in their studies.
