Citycell customers can now enjoy faster after sales service BUSINESS REPORTER Citycell has recently signed an agreement with Sundarban Courier Service (Pvt) Limited for movement of Citycell products within Citycell Customer Care Centers and Points located all across the country. Sk Tanvir Ahmed Rony, Director of Service and Finance of Sundarban Courier Service (Pvt) Limited and Saiful Amin, Deputy General Manager, Front Office Operations of Citycell signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations. Under this agreement, Sundarban Courier will collect new and faulty handsets, accessories, documents, and relevant items from all Citycell Customer Care Centers (CCC) and Points (CCP) and will deliver it back wherever necessary. As a result, Citycell customers will now be able to get faster handset-related after sales service from all CCPs covering more than 500 thanas throughout the country. On the occasion, Citycell's Saiful Amin said, "This is yet another step for us in keeping our promise to deliver the best possible telecommunications service to customers. We are the only operator to provide handset servicing, and the agreement with Sundarban helps to take this service even closer to our valued Citycell subscribers." Abidur Rahman, General Manager, Marketing and Operation, Taufiqul Islam, Deputy General Manager of Sundarban Courier Service (Pvt) Limited and Md. Abu Bakar Siddique, Regional Workshop Manager of Citycell, were also present in this signing ceremony.
