Police arrested 35 people including one listed terrorist in a special drive from different places of the district on Tuesday night.

Police said, one listed terrorist named Shahid Sheikh, 32, was arrested from Palpara under Kachuya upazila. Police Superintendent of Bagerhat district AKM Shahidul said the special dive has been started to arrest terrorists and JMB members as well as to recover arms and drugs. Over 800 police took part in the drive.

The sources said, after interrogation, the arrested were sent to the court.
