5,000 telephone lines inoperative UNB, Dhaka Some 5,000 telephone lines in the city's Khilgaon area went out of order since Sunday morning due to cable pilfering. Bangladesh Telegraph and Telephone Board, in a press release, said the matter of lifting of the underground cable from the manhole under Khilgaon Flyover came into the notice of the authority Sunday morning.
