US Dy Asst Secy Erica Barks-Ruggles arrives today UNB, Dhaka U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor Erica Barks-Ruggles arrives On Monday for a three-day visit to Bangladesh. During her visit, she will hold discussions with senior government officials and members of civil society on a range of issues, including human rights, progress on the electoral roadmap and other issues.
