BKSP beat Mukta Jiban Football Club by 2-0 goals in the day's lone south zone match of the Metropolises Pioneer Football League that began on Friday at the Mohammadpur Idgah ground.

Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) vice president Badal Roy formally inaugurated the south zone matches as chief guest.

In the day's match, Saifuddin and Nahid scored one goal each for the winners in the 31st and 46th minutes respectively.

Today's matches: Dhanmondi Football Academy vs Madrasah SC (3:15 pm) and Mohammadpur Sonali Sangha vs Shuvadya SC (4:30 pm).
