Education is the key to success for development of a country. Research, on the other hand has a close association with education. If we consider education as a ´´body" and research as "ornaments", integration makes the education valuable, worthy and demandable for the people, to the people and for the country. There is no way to dispute these apprehensions. If we look at the developed countries, what they are doing with their education system and research technologies. The research organizations or institutes are linked to the Universities in cooperation and collaboration. Development through this education and research is obviously a chain of process and an integrated system. How this integration works- for example a technology has been improved or discovered through research at any higher institute or University. This knowledge is disseminated to the students and researchers; with the advanced knowledge they try to implement that technology in their respective fields. Similarly, a fine product as a research output is being marketable to get its maximum benefit. Conversely, results from the field survey are centralized for further analyze and research if necessary.

I hope and believe that we have such native specialized expertise and skilled manpower. But lake of proper integration, policy for making collaboration and placing the right people in right position, these people could not contribute to the country in one hand and in another hand we, the people could not get the benefits by using them. It would not be enough if we keep this apprehension only in mind but must trigger the implementation as soon as possible. Here cooperation from all communities in particularly essential in association with the governmental policies to-

1) ensure the teaching standard and teachers standard

2) ensure the suitable environment in and outside the campus

3) ensure the responsibilities of authorities and for the authorities

4) make collaboration with the field workers or expertise

5) increase funding for education and research

6) ensure the worthy of their contributions

Together, let us save our education and nations, regardless of gender or religion and culture.
