AB Bank, in association with Amplitude Solutions Ltd., launched a two-day training programme on 'Service Excellence in Banking' at its training academy in the city on Sunday, said a press release.

Operation managers of 25 branches of the Dhaka region are participating in the programme.

The bank is committed to consistently providing 'quality service' to its customers and the programme has been accordingly designed.

Deputy Managing Director (Operations) of the bank Shamim A Chaudhury inaugurated the training programme. Among others, the inaugural session was attended by the bank's management committee members and facilitators from the Amplitude Solutions Ltd..
