Fake RAB officer arrested in B’baria

Police arrested a fake RAB Officer from Sarail Upazila land office in the district on Monday.

Police said Nazmul Islam, 45, of village Bullah under Madhoppur upazila in Habiganj district identified himself as a RAB officer and tried to get his land-related problem solved.

Assistant Commissioner of the land office Shahid Mohammad Saifullah informed Sarail Thana police for his suspicious movement and police arrested him.

A case was filed with Sarail thana in this connection.
