Dhaka Bank Limited, one of the leading private commercial banks of the country, has recently received 'The Best Bank Award' year 2007-08 in the best performing local bank category, for its outstanding performance in the corresponding year.

Managing Director of Dhaka Bank Limited Shahed Noman received the award from Kamal Uddin Ahmed, Executive Chairman, Board of Investment (BoI), at a function organised by the Financial Mirror at the Banquet Hall of Bangladesh China Friendship Conference Centre on April 27 last.
