A grand reception organised by Panchagarh Pourashava was accorded to the Freedom Fighters of Panchagarh on the premises of Pourashava ground in Panchagarh on the occasion of Independence and National Day at 26th on March.

Deputy Comissioner Panchagarh Md. Hafiz Uddin was present as Chief Guest while Superintendent of Police (In-charge) Dr. Md. Emdadul Haqaue as special guest. The function was presided over by Md. Tauhidul Islam Chairman, Panchagarh Pourashava. The function was addressed among others, by ex-chairman and FF Md Nazim Uddin Ahmed, FF S M Liaket Ali, FF Poura Commissioner Md. Abdul Kader, FF Mirza Abul Kalam Dulal, FF Md. Answer Ali, FF Zahirul Islam and Kamruzzaman Kamu.
