High-power teams to detect tax dodging UNB, Dhaka The national Board of Revenue (NBR) has formed four high-power teams to detect tax dodging by big shots. NBR sources said the special teams would work in addition to the central intelligence cell (CIC) to find evasion of tax, VAT and customs duty by big businesses. Some 24 officials will form the teams, which will report their findings to the head of CIC. The step was taken to raise revenue income of the government.
