Jahangirnagar University Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Mohammad Muniruzzaman calls upon the cultural activists to be more responsible in promoting and upholding cultural heritage of Jahangirnagar University which is traditionally called the cultural capital of Bangladesh.

He made this urge while visiting cultural activities and rehearsals of various JU based cultural organizations in JU TSC. He visited Jalsiri, a cultural organization; recitation organization Dhoni, Jahangirnagar Theatre and he expressed satisfaction over the activities performed by the organization. He also assured to provide them with all sorts of possible assistance for their activities.
