It is noted with great distress that the Secretariat Buildings where people's works are disposed off but the common people have no access to its compound without the permission of the secretary concerned.

Generally, it is found that the concerned people can not reach the Secretariat for their important and necessary works. Hence they have to suffer. Government should look into it immediately whether the officials are working for the people or not for which they have been paid by the people.

Most probably such restriction and permission taking business make loopholes for bribery and red-tapism in the hierarhy of bureaucratic system since the hegemonism of British administration in India. It is ill-luck in that the same business of maladministration is in practice in our people's republic till now! In a sovereign country of ours people's demand must be given priority above everything. Let our government consider more for the interest of the common people of our country.
