Four schools -- Sunny Dale, Maple Leaf International, Scholastica and Ispahani Girl's School --advanced to the semifinals of the KFC-Pizza Hut Mini Handball Tournament (Girls) winning their respective matches at the Dhanmondi Women's Sports Complex on Friday.

In the Saturday's first semifinal, Sunny Dale meets Maple Leaf International School while Scholastics faces Ispahani Girls School in the 2nd semis.

The final match and the 3rd place decider will also be held later in the afternoon.

In the Friday's matches, Sunny Dale crushed Canadian International School by 19-1 goals after leading the first half 11-1.

In the other matches, Maple Leaf International School outplayed Play Pen by 8-3 goals and Radiant International School by 6-0 goals, Siddiqui's International School defeated Canadian International School by 4-2 goals, BIS beat Dhanmondi Tutorial by 5-1 goals while Viqarunnisa Noon School & College defeated Loretto School by 4-0 goals.
