Dhaka Wanderers Club beat Agrani Bank Cricket Club by five wickets in a match of the Metropolis First Division Cricket League at the Jahangirnagar University ground on Tuesday.

Sent into bat first, Agrani Bank CC was all out for 146 in 39.4 overs with Prosenjit scoring 48 runs. Tanhar claimed four wickets for 29 runs.

In reply, Dhaka Wanderers Club easily reached their target of 147 for 5 in 30.1 overs with Shafiqul contributing 59 runs. Mozammel and Uttam took one wicket each for 20 and 25 runs respectively.

Results of the day's other matches: Brothers Union Club (163/6) beat Young Pegasus B (162/10) by four wickets at the Dhanmondi Cricket Stadium; BD Boys Club (192/9) defeated Azad SC (165/10) by 27 runs at the Dhaka University ground; Khelaghar Samaj Kalyan Samity (104/9) earned a narrow one- wicket win over Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club (103/8) at the BKSP-1 while the match between Orient SC and Lalmatia SC at the BKSP-1 was abandoned due to rain.
