A bad example Ireen Khan (of AI) called it a case of political engineering. High Court of the country in most cases termed it illegal. Others say, it was an utter disregard for the 'rule of law'. However, it is happening almost with routine regularity. Yes, it is the case of arresting persons-with political track records or otherwise - at the jail-gate after their release from the detention obtained through the intervention of the Higher Court of the country. As a humble citizen, I consider such actions of the administration (or of the state) as dirty tricks and it is certainly in gross violation of the Fundamental Rights of a citizen, irrespective of his/her identity, which s/he is entitled to enjoy by birth rights. The state, more so its executive branch, should honour the citizen's right or else such people-harassing acts will surely reduce the credit-value of the persons managing the affairs of the state.
