13,000 blankets distributed in Bogra

Over 13,000 pieces of blankets were distributed among the cold-hit people in 12 upazilas in the district till Saturday.

Out of those, 2,600 pieces have been received from the relief fund, 2,400 pieces from Libya and 900 pieces from Brazil.

Besides, another 5,560 pieces of blankets were brought at a cost of Taka 10 lakh from the Chief Adviser's Relief Fund.

On the other hand, 1,592 pieces of blankets were distributed from the stock.
