A day-long workshop on "Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programme was held at Panchbaria High School premises on January 9 under the joint auspices of Nagar Union Parishad (U.P.) and non-government organisation (N.G.O) BRAC of Baraigram Upazila in Natore district.

The workshop was presided over by Nagar Union Parishad (U.P. Chairman Md Noushad Ali (Alphu). The Chief Guest was Sub-Assistant Engineer of Upazila Public Health Engineering Department, Md Zohurul Islam and a special guest was Regional Manager of BRAC, Natore Md Mohsin Ali in the workshop.

It was also addressed, among others, by Assistant Principal of Dhanaidah Madrasha Md Nazrul Islam, Headmaster of Panchbaria High School Md Rahimul Haque, elite Md Shahidul Islam, Md Shajahan Ali, Mukammel Hossain At the beginning of the workshop, BRAC (WASH) Manager of Baraigram Unit Md Forhad Ali spoke on safe water, sanitation, hygiene, etc. The workshop was conducted by BRAC Officer Md Golam Mostafa.
