Female student nurse commits suicide

UNB, Dhaka

A female student nurse of Salimullah Medical College allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at its nursing hostel on Sunday.

The dead was identified as Farhana Afroz, 18.

Sources said as a bathroom of the second floor of the hostel building was found closed from inside for a long time the hostel authority broke its door open and found her body hanging at about 10 am.

The reason behind the suicide could not be known immediately.
