Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) chairman Lt Gen (retd) Hasan Mashhud Chowdhury escaped unhurt from an accident in which his car was hit by a microbus in Comilla Cantonment area this Sunday morning.

The accident took place in the Cantonment area on Dhaka-Chittagong highway at about 10:20am when the ACC chairman and his team were going to Feni from Dhaka.

Later, the ACC chairman started for Feni from Comilla Cantonment area by another staff car as the two cars of his motorcade were damaged in the accident. The microbus driver was arrested along with his vehicle.
