2,600 chickens, ducks culled in Gaibandha

Some 2,600 chickens and ducks were culled at Elipur union under Sadullapur Upazila in the district on Saturday following detection of bird flu in the area.

Sources said a few chickens at poultry farms at Ekabbarpur and Chandipur villages of the upazila died of unknown reasons.
