Three-day programme of Muktijoddha Milon Mela began on Thursday in Tongi at Amjad Ali Sarker Pilot Girls High School field. Former Commander-in-Chief of Army Major General (Rtd) KM Safiullah inaugurated this programme as the chief guest with Freedom Fighter Dr Nazimuddin in the chair. He said now it is high time to stop terrorism, corruption and smuggling. If the caretaker govt are unable to try war criminals we will got to the people. Then people will take necessary action against the war criminals. Safiullah said in his speech.

He called upon freedom fighters to be united for the greater interest of all Freedom Fighters. The function was addressed, among others, by Kazi Mozammel, Hasanuddin Sarker Advocate Ajmatullah Khan, Md. Khaled and Shahidullah (Mama).
