Manzer Hussain, Bangladesh resident director of Indian Tata Group, has been appointed Director of Communications of the Tata Steel Group, said a press release issued by Adcomm, Tata appointed PR firm.

Manzer's appointment is part of global organisation being put in place to process the integration of Corus Plc into the Tata Steel Group.

He will continue to be the point person for the Tata Group's Bangladesh projects in addition to his new assignment. But he will relocate to London in early 2008 to take on his international responsibility, said the press release.
