Farmer slaughtered in Monirampur
BENAPOLE, Jessore, Dec 25: A farmer was killed by miscreants at Itta village under Monirampur upazila in the district on Friday. Police said the miscreants slaughtered Paritosh Kumar Das, 48, son of late Balai Kumar Das, when he was putting up fence on his land adjacent to his house. Getting information, police recovered the body and sent it to Jessore General Hospital for autopsy, reports BSS.
