Mild cold wave likely to continue next few days

UNB, Dhaka

Mild cold waves that started sweeping over Dhaka City and some northern districts from Sunday night are likely to continue for next few days.

Dhaka Met Office officials told UNB on Monday morning that the cold waves started sweeping over districts in Rajshahi division, Jessore, Tangail, Mymensingh and the capital. It may continue for couple of days more.

This morning, the lowest temperature of 7.3 degree Celsius was recorded at Ishwardi and over 10 degree Celsius in other northern districts while 13.7 degree Celsius in the capital.

UNB Pabna correspondent quoting local Met Office said normal life is being disrupted in Ishwardi following a severe cold wave.
