Defence Secy visits N regions

Defence Secretary Kamrul Hasan left Dhaka on Tuesday for a four-day official visit to Bogra, Rangpur, Dinajpur and Panchagarh districts.

During his visit, Hasan will pay a courtesy call on Maj Gen Syed Fatemy Ahmed Roomy, the GOC of 66 Infantry Division of Rangpur Cantonment, an ISPR press release said on Wednesday.

Defense secretary will visit meteorological centres and meet deputy commissioners of the districts.

He is expected to return Dhaka on November 30.
