Central bank officers, employees to donate Tk 19.68 lakh for Sidr victims

UNB, Dhaka

Bangladesh Bank officials and employees on Monday decided to donate their one-day salary worth Tk 19.68 lakh for the cyclone victims.

The amount will be transferred to the Chief Adviser's Relief Fund soon, said a senior Bangladesh Bank official.

The bank staffers had also contributed over Tk 18 lakh for the victims of the recent flooding in the country.
