An opinion exchange meeting between the executive bodies of non-government organisations (NGO) and National Anti-tuberculosis Association of Bangladesh (NATAB) was held at the civil surgeon's office on Wednesday. Civil Surgeon of Rajbari Dr Bazlul Hoque was present at the meeting as the chief guest. With Ali Hossain Poni, President local unit of NATAB, the meeting was addressed, among others, by Dr Mizanul Haque, Liaqat Ali Biswas, Mahabubooz Zaman, Lutfar Rahman and Ashok Bakshi.

The speakers underscored the need for taking concerted efforts of all to eradicate tuberculosis by creating awareness among the people.
