Police arrested two drug traders and seised 360 bottles of phensidyl from their possessions in separate incidents while they were trafficking the drugs on Sunday.

Police said, acting on secret information, a team of police intercepted a person on Naogaon-Raninagar road, who was carrying eggs in boxes by a rickshaw van.

After searching the van police seized 350 bottles of phensidyl and arrested a person named Riaz Mollah, 45, of Shimulia village under Sadar Upazila. The van driver, however, managed to escape the spot.
