The leaders of Gonotantrik Majdoor Party yesterday blamed two major political parties the BNP and the Awami League for the rise of the fundamentalism in the country.

Addressing a press conference at the Dhaka Reporters Unity they also demanded of the Election Commission (EC) to invite them in the ongoing dialogue on electoral reforms. President of Majdoor Party Rafiquzzaman, general secretary Zakir Hossain and Ahmed Kabir, Mozibur Rahman, Shamim Ara, Subal Sarker were present at the press conference.

Urging the Government to try war criminals Rafiquzzaman said the war criminals should be tried in the special tribunal.
