One held for offering bribe to OC UNB, Narayanganj Police arrested a youth on Sunday as he offered bribe to the officer in-charge of Sonargaon thana for releasing a hundi trader. Police said Tipu went to Sonargaon thana and offered OC Khandakar Shafiqul Islam Tk 50,000 for releasing hundi trader Mamun. Mamun, 25, was arrested alongwith foreign currencies worth Tk 9 lakh from a Dhaka-bound bus at Kanchpur in Sonargaon Sunday.
