The Third Japan Cup Karate Competition arranged by Bangladesh Karate Federation will be held today at the Gymnasium of National Sports Council. Japan Embassy will give all sorts of co-operation to the federation to run the karate meet smoothly.

After the day-long karate competition Ambassador of Japan to Bangladesh Masayaki Inoue will distribute the prizes among the winners as the chief guest while Director and CEO of Bangladesh Olympic Association Colonel (Retd) Md Wali Ullah and Residential Representative of JAICA of Bangladesh Nobuko Suzuki Kayashima will be present with him as special guests. President of Bangladesh Karate Federation and Secretary of the Home Ministry Md Abdul Karim will preside over the prize-giving ceremony.
