Base Paharkanchanpur emerged champions in the Bangladesh Air Force Inter-Base Kabaddi tournament beating Base Bashar by 29-28 points in a keenly-contested final at the Base Kurmitola ground here on Thursday.

Warrant Officer Zakir of Pharkanchanpur team was adjudged the best player of the tournament.

Assistant Chief of the Bangladesh Air Force (Maintenance) Air Commodore Syed Zillani Mahbubur Rahman was the chief guest in the day's final and later distributed the trophies, said an ISPR press release.
