3 persons were killed and others two injured in fatal road mishaps on Sunday and Monday in Jhenaidah district.

One Munna (45), a vanpuller was killed and others two injured when a Jhenaidah- bound bus entered into a shop at Barobazzar on Jhenaidah- Jessore road on Sunday night. The injured victims were admitted at Jessore Hospital. After the accident driver and helper of the bus fled away Police seized the bus.

On Monday noon a microbus ran over one Yeakub Ali (65) of village Alampur under Mohespur upazila at Patibilla on Kaligonj- Jibannagar road. After the accident driver of the micro fled away with micro.
