South Korean hostage dilemma Talibans in Afghanistan have held 22 Koreans as hostages and they have threatened to kill them. Why have the South Koreans gone to this far distant country Afghanistan? The US forces have occupied Afghanistan and they are killing hundreds of Afghans indiscriminately. The USA has not only cleverly and tactfully brought the NATO forces in Afghanistan but she has also enticed and made the South Koreans to become scapegoats in Afghan turmoil. The USA wants that the people of an Asian country should fight against another Asian country to cherish the US 'divide and rule' strategy. We fail to understand the reasons and justification why the South Korean forces have joined US forces in atack against Afghanistan? If the Afghan Talibans kill the South Korean hostages and the South Korean forces take revenge it would further aggravate the fire in Asia and the USA would be benefited. We request the Afghan Talibans to realise the US conspiracy, not to fall in the US trap and to move in the right direction. We further request the Afghan Talibans to release the South Korean hostages and to South Korea to withdraw her forces from Afghanistan immediately in the interest of all Asian and African peoples.
