A view-exchange meeting was held on the Rajarhat police station premises in the district on Sunday aimed at curbing all sorts of social crimes through community policing.

Rajarhat police station organised the meeting on the occasion of the launching of the Open House Day programme that was atended by Superintendent of Police of Kurigram Chowdhury Manjurul Kabir as the chief guest

Rajarhat UNO Khondker Ruhul Amin was present as the special guest

Officer-in-Charge of Rajarhat Thana Ashraful Alam chaired the meeting where over 350 people from all walks of the society, including public representatives, members of the civil society, professionals and elite were present

The meeting was addressed by UP chairman Johir Uddin Ahmed, teachers Rabindra Nath Roy and Abdul Awal.
