Rapid Action Batalion (RAB) arrested four persons and seized huge quantity of smuggled goods in different drives in the bordering areas in the district during the last 14 hours ending on Friday evening.

RAB source said they arrested Rabeya, 40, Lokman Ali, 24, Abdul Fakir, 48, and Harunur Rashid, 30, for carrying smuggled goods and drugs from India.

They also seized 19 liters lose and 55 botles of phensidyl, 3-kg hashish, 100 piece of Indian sharees and 906-kg scrape of cooper-made different appliances from their possession.
