Being allured by the advertisement of Globe Construction Limited that the company would build apartments at Globe Center, 479, Malibagh, Dhaka, we like many others paid the value of the apartments in full between 2000 and 2004, while some buyers partly. But sadly, the Globe Authority has not yet handed the ownership deed of the flats to the respective buyers although the date was already over.

Later we have come to know that the Globe Construction Company obtained a power of atorney from the real owner of the landed property and then allured us to deposit money in advance for the apartments to be constructed. We have also come to know that the Globe has been devising to return the piece of land to the real owner, which has alarmed us of losing our entire deposited money.

We, therefore, draw the atention of Globe Construction Limited for setlement of the issue either by paying back our money in full or the ownership deed of the flat after full construction.
