Leaders of the Jatiyo Mukti Council yesterday in a joint statement criticised the ongoing joint Naval Exercise in the Bay of Bengal arranged by USA, India, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Thailand.

President of the Jatiyo Mukti Council Badruddin Umar said this war game has exposed danger for the security and peace of the people of South Asia.

Badruddin Umar, president, Proshit Bikas Khisa, vice president and Fazul Hakim, organizing sectary of the organisation gave the joint statement

They posed the question as to why the Bangladesh foreign ministry was silent over this greatest ever-naval exercise in this part of world.
