Corruption case : Khaleda to seek remedy from higher court UNB, Dhaka Detained BNP chairperson and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia will seek remedy from the higher court against the corruption case filed by the ACC, her lawyers told reporters. The lawyers said that after consultations with the senior lawyers, they would move the High Court They also said that Begum Zia had expressed concern over the illness of her son Koko and asked the lawyers to convey the massage to the jail authorities to arrange for his appropriate treatment About the present state of affairs in the BNP after expelling its secretary general and joint secretary general, the party chairperson Zia told the lawyers that BNP would remain as it was. She also asked her party leaders and workers to extend their support to the newly nominated secretary general Khondaker Delwar Hossain as they did in the past
