We, the residents of Gazirhat area under Ashulia thana have been living in miserable condition due to water logging by rains. The water stay unmoved near to Dada Market, east side of Bagabari Bazaar in absence of a drain to pump out water from the area. This problem can be solved provided a drain is constructed up to Bipaik Bridge from the west side of the Dada Market through Basundhara. About 20 thousand people, most of them females working in the different factories at EPZ and children, face great difficulties while walking. Their problems can be solved just by constructing a drain as underlined.

Should the authority concerned be conscious, the sufferings of the local people will go.
