Computer technology opens a wide-ranging working potentials for all youngsters to build their working skills of new horizon of brains with interest and desire to be of some use in the immense potentiality of ICT (Information Communication Technology). None remain left out with ICT education because of inferiority as being the case in traditional education.

Overwhelmed with the utility and advantage for mental growth and working aptitude, every home and everybody as well move with PCs in the developed countries make everybody constantly active with trend of professional activities taking the whole world into working grip as a matter of human supremacy.

But criminally we overlook and ignore the world changing momentum despite our high level learning and knowledge which we waste in fault finding mission as a matter of lapses cropped up in professional activities by emerging entrepreneurs which we must consider to be unavoidable for new generation working force expecting rectification and correction in phases as very much happened in the growth of developed countries.

Now we need unrivalled inspiration to look into professional growth for our incoming generation when we in our learned eyes constituting only conscious group observe with surprises the movement vision of human race in developed countries absorbing the whole world in their grip and efficiency through adopting high-tech ICT (Information & Communication Technology).

Throwing in the dust our petty quarrellings, let our scholars and learned educationist join the nation-building mission to harness all the resources and possibilities to fit the incoming generation with potential working fields still making us deprived of the scopes and working incentives from learning the high speed technology of fast moving ICT sector.

All the scholars and educationist combine together need to make the present momentum an opportune moment a movement for building the nation with high speed technology we can easily possess taking the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) to be the most potential tool for its adoption by the youngsters in the secondary levels to ignite them with inspiration and professional dignity of innovations and skills of mysterious world.

We need not worry to be lacking of resources as we come across with overwhelming desire and demand to learn ICT for instant employment opportunity scopes without any hassle.

We have vast working field open for ICT professionals to make the business moving with speed and development. But the wide gap of opportunities in developed countries and vast stormy manpower in rural Bangladesh increasing fast for the fast advancing technology making us lacking behind to alarming scale in the growth of our national activities making high rate of poverty more high.

ICT in business sector where emerging entrepreneurs take the advantage boldly despite financial shortcomings may be not so general because of absence of the system at large and so we need the national custodian, the Govt. to step in to adopt the ICT in all the offices primarily in Upazila and District level to appoint properly skilled IT professionals to work for preparation of general reports of office activities to communicate the same to higher levels for necessary comments and feedbacks regularly on weekly basis for proper functioning of Govt. and Law Enforcing Agencies .

This adoption of ICT system in Govt. offices including Law enforcing would be of tremendous impact for constant follow-up actions to screen out the irregularities and streamline the alarming scale of lawlessness wherever necessary in a matter of moments without moving out of the offices with vehicles of expensive movements.

We are now undergoing terrible shortcomings in our administrative performance making us liable for lot of lapses in providing essential services to rushing spree of general public looking for relief and remedy which confronts us with accountability. This feature of failure and accountability can be tackled smoothly and easily through adoption of ICT services to streamline the working efficiency.

In all consideration we find it to be high time to stress emphatically the national priority to uphold the universal importance of ICT and undertake a comprehensive action plan to streamline the measures already under implementation process to expedite the promotion and introduction of ICT education with all possible incentives and fully subsidized in rural Bangladesh.

Our expectations with ICT widely in Bangladesh through emergency back-up will bring us a turning point for poverty alleviation and a new era for boosting national economy.
